If back pain is not taken care of it can lead to subluxations.

What is a subluxation, you ask?

It is when the vertebrae/spine are not in alignment. Or even Spinal stenosis —This is condition in which the spinal canal narrows. Both of these are placing pressure on nerves in the spine, creating discomfort and pain. And commonly a gradual result of aging and wear and tear on your back and spine.
