This is by far our most popular service! Our massage therapists will come to your office and provide employees with 10 minutes of stress relieving therapeutic massage under the direction of one of our doctors.

Posture is a window to your spine. Your posture reflects the effects gravity and stress on the body. Poor posture causes the body to be less efficient, more prone to injury, and increase the development of degenerative changes. So an evaluation of a person’s posture is really a window of their spinal health!

This is where we take 30 minutes to educate your employees on what the basics of nutrition are:

• What are the amount of carbohydrates, sodium, sugar, and protein we are supposed to eat per day?
• How to read labels and read through the marketing gimmicks.
• How much water are we really supposed to drink?
• What are the nutrition supplements that we are supposed to be taking?

We also do a complimentary Body Fat Analysis/BMI/Blood Pressure Screening. We will come to your office and spend a few minutes with each employee reviewing these very important indicators of health.
