Welcome to Grant Chiropractic!

We want your visit to be as quick and comfortable as possible from the moment you enter the office. Our reception area has electronic travel card swiper for easy check in and convenient check out.

On your first visit to our office, you will be welcomed as a member of our family and our receptionist will greet you with a warm smile. You will then be asked to fill out our required forms which will help us gain some information about yourself and your condition. These forms are available digitally as well if you would like to print them off before you come in.

Our administrative staff prides themselves on their professional and personable communication. We treat our patients like we treat our families. The satisfaction rate of our clinic is very high. We believe this is because we take special care and we pay attention to our patients needs. Last and not least, it is our intention to give 100% with every patient, every visit.

Most of our patients begin to see results from the very first adjustment. Our special gentle yet effective alignment of the body is interactive with the patient, gentle enough for kids, yet firm enough to be able to restore function and movement for the athlete and senior.

Consultation & Examination

Our private consultation room serve as the perfect meeting space to review complex treatment plans in a quiet, comfortable space. The room is equipped with an exam table and all relevant examination tools necessary for a complete and thorough exam.

Dr. Daniel Grant, D.C., or one of our doctors on staff will talk with you and ask you some specific questions regarding your condition to determine if chiropractic care will benefit you. If we can help you, the doctor then will prescribe an individual treatment plan specifically for you. If not, he will gladly refer you to the proper health care provider for your particular condition.

After a thorough consultation with the doctor, you will have a complete chiropractic examination. This will include testing your reflexes, your ability to turn and bend as well as other standard orthopedic, neurological, postural, and physical examinations. The doctor will gain valuable information regarding your condition how chiropractic can work to heal you. If necessary, the doctor may take x-rays or refer you for additional testing procedures.

X-ray

We use our in house high frequency digital spinal x-ray machine to take pictures of the spine to find injuries or diseases that affect the discs or joints in the spine. These include:

  • spinal fractures
  • infections
  • dislocations
  • tumors
  • bone spurs
  • disc disease

Spinal X-rays are also done to check the curvature of the spine (scoliosis) or for spinal defects. X-rays are sometimes required to get a full evaluation of a patient. The need for x-ray is considered on a case by case basis.

Adjusting Rooms

This office utilizes an “open adjusting” environment for ongoing patient care. Open adjusting involves several patients being seen in the same adjusting room at the same time. The use of this format is intended to make your experience with our office more efficient and productive as well as to enhance your access to quality health care, and information. At the same time, we are able to protect your privacy. Our doctors will fully explain the adjustment before it is performed. The doctor will then palpate the spine and find the subluxations that he will adjust after he detects the misalignment. Chiropractic adjustments are a non-evasive technique to get the spine in proper alignment.

Physical Therapy Area

Grant Chiropractic continues to provide quality care by adding a trained and experienced Physical Therapist. Dr. Brandon Sells, PT, DPT uses multiple techniques and therapeutic exercises to assist you with an individualized physical therapy and/or fitness program. Grant Chiropractic and Physical Therapy utilizes industry leading modalities to restore function, mobility, and reduce pain.

Physiotherapy Area

Grant Chiropractic not only offers traditional chiropractic adjustments for the spine and extremities, but we also offer an extensive range of physiotherapy and massage therapy. Physiotherapy is therapeutic exercises that develop core strength, endurance, range of motion and flexibility.

Physiotherapy is performed to strengthen and stretch the muscles of the body to increase strength and range of motion. By treating the muscles at the same time as the spine, our patients will hold their adjustments for a longer period of time and get faster, longer lasting results. Physical therapy will consist of band exercises, Precor stretch, wobble boards, ball exercises and cervical extension traction.

Therapy, Massage & Stretch Rooms

We are happy to offer stretch and massage therapy in addition to chiropractic and physical therapy care. Not only is massage relaxing, it also has a number of therapeutic benefits including:

  • reducing pain, stiffness and fatigue
  • increasing muscle tone and flexibility
  • reducing blood pressure and heart rate
  • increasing local blood flow

Using massage & stretch therapy in conjunction with chiropractic adjustments and/or physical therapy care helps our patients to obtain maximum long lasting benefits.
